As a small locally-owned and operated business for the past 17 years, our staff is all one big family, we have no room for negative attitudes or slackers. We hire PEOPLE not positions, and will adapt roles within our company to suit the strengths and capabilities of our staff members.
We do NOT require specific Ducati knowledge or experience, but any such background would be helpful. Same thing goes for retail experience, especially in the motorcycle or bicycle industries, not required but definitely a positive. We are always willing to train the right candidate, your attitude can outweigh any experience requirement. SOME roles can have a work-from-home component to them at least part of the time, some are required to be performed on-site out of necessity in a retail environment.
We have frequent needs for the following capabilities:
- New & Pre-Owned Motorcycle Sales, Finance, Administration
- Shipping and receiving skills (inventory management, packing, shipping)
- Customer Service skills (telephone, text, chat, e-mail support for customers)
- Parts/Accessories/Apparel Sales
- E-Bike sales, assembly and maintenance skills
If you possess one or more of these skills, we would like to discuss opportunities available now or in the future. Both full-time and part-time candidates will be considered, as well as seasonal candidates.
