Shipping Policy
We ship via USPS, UPS and DHL, depending upon the destination and products being shipped, at our discretion, unless you specifically request a particular shipping service in which case an additional shipping charge may apply. For international shipments, we ONLY ship via DHL Worldwide Express, other shipping options are often less costly but MUCH less reliable and we will not ship using any method other than DHL Worldwide Express to any destination outside the USA. For all NORMAL SIZE orders, we offer $7 flat-rate shipping up to $199 orders, and FREE shipping for orders over $199. For OVERSIZE orders (large or heavy boxes such as Oil Change Kits, engine parts, bodywork panels, etc.) there may be an additional shipping charge required, which we will inform you of when processing the order. Checking out from the shopping cart system with $7 flat-rate or FREE shipping when purchasing OVERSIZE items will NOT guarantee that the items will be shipped at that price. Due to limitations in the shopping cart system, and lack of box size and weight information from several manufacturers, we are not always able to automatically calculate OVERSIZE shipping at the time of purchase.
Route Shipping Protection
We have partnered with Route Shipping Protection to offer customers additional assurances against lost, stolen and damaged shipments from all shipping carriers. In the past several years we have seen a marked increase in shipping problems with ALL carriers, so we feel this product offers a tremendous benefit for a very small additional cost. Route offers INSTANT cash resolution for you for any issue with your incoming shipment directly TO YOU so you don't need to deal with filing package claims with the shipping carrier yourself. We have seen many customers benefit from this already, with one customer getting an instant payment for over $3000 on a large accessory order that was lost by a shipping carrier. The option to accept the Route Shipping Protection on your shipment is available on the Checkout page when placing an order. If you choose to decline this additional protection all you need to do is turn OFF the checkbox on the Route offer and you will not be charged the small additional fee. If you place an order and had the intent to decline the Route protection, but forgot to turn the protection off, just contact us and ask to have the Route protection removed and refunded from your order, which we can do any time up to the point your order has shipped.

Special Orders - Ducati OEM Parts
Ordering Ducati OEM Parts from our web site constitutes a SPECIAL ORDER if the item(s) is not in stock at our location. The part(s) will be ordered from the Ducati warehouse to fulfill your order, and once the parts have been ordered the order cannot be cancelled with Ducati without incurring a restocking fee of 30%. If items you order are not immediately available in the Ducati warehouse, we will notify you of the backorder condition and estimated availability date (if one is provided by Ducati) and will give you the option to proceed placing the items on Special Order, or have the order cancelled before it is placed with Ducati so there is no restock fee applied. If you would like to be assured of the stock status of the item BEFORE placing your order please contact us and we will be happy to check for you. Once you've placed the order, and we've ordered the parts from Ducati on your behalf, this is a SPECIAL ORDER and you will be charged a 30% restocking fee if you cancel the order. Any shipping ESTIMATES we provide on Ducati OEM Parts orders are ESTIMATES only based upon the best available information we have at the time, but since we are dealing with imported products shipped from Italy the dates are not guaranteed. We will not cancel and refund your order without a restocking fee simply because the shipping is taking longer than you would like it to, we have very little control of the situation with incoming international shipments so we cannot guarantee shipping dates for anything that is not physically sitting in our store.
Returns / Exchanges
Any returns or exchanges must be AUTHORIZED and COMPLETED within 30 days of your receipt of the product. That means we must RECEIVE your returned item(s) HERE in our office within 30 days of when you received it. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange. Special order parts (including OEM parts) are eligible for return with a 30% Restocking Fee applied. Special order parts are defined as parts which we do not normally STOCK in our store, which we are ordering from the manufacturer or vendor on your behalf to fill your order. We are charged a restocking fee when we return these parts to the manufacturer and we will pass that fee along to you if you ordered the parts and then return them. Please be sure of what you are ordering, and ask us any questions BEFORE placing the order if you're not sure you are ordering the correct item(s). If you accidentally order the wrong item for your bike, YOU WILL BE CHARGED a restocking fee for any authorized return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unmounted/uninstalled/unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you tried to install a product on your bike, and found out it won't fit or was the wrong item, we will NOT accept a return of this used item. Return items must be NEW in original packaging.
Returned items will be credited back to you for the authorized amount of the return, minus any applicable restocking fee, as STORE CREDIT to be used for future purchases. We will send you a store credit code after receiving and verifying the return item meets the criteria for return.
Certain items are NOT ELIGIBLE for return under any circumstances:
* ALL Electric/Electronic Parts/Products (ECU's, Dashboards, Fuel management modules, Quickshifters, Lap timers, Regulators, Fuel Pumps, Fuel injectors, Fuel level sensors, solenoids, relays, etc.)
* Generally any parts that have wires attached to them or a circuit board inside of them, are considered "electronic".
To complete your return, you must obtain an RMA# from us PRIOR to returning your items, and the RMA# must be written on the outside of the package when it is returned. You must also include a copy of your original sales receipt inside the box.
Items With Manufacturer Support/Warranty
If you have a problem with a product that Ducati Omaha is an authorized dealer for, which carries a manufacturer warranty and/or manufacturer support, that is your first line of approach for any problems with the product. Particularly products which require installation, configuration, etc. are likely not eligible for return due to being electronic, but manufacturer support and warranty is likely available for any difficulties you face. Please contact the manufacturer directly, or contact us for the manufacturer's contact information if you don't have it. We do NOT accept returns of these products, if a replacement is authorized by the manufacturer the return will be handled directly with the manufacturer.
Return Credits
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then your return will be processed (minus any applicable restocking or other fees), as a STORE CREDIT. We do NOT issue refunds for returned items. We will send you your store credit code via E-mail and you can use this credit on any future purchase.
Sale/Closeout items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately SALE/CLOSEOUT items cannot be returned, but certain sale items which are not discontinued, may be exchanged for an alternate item. Discontinued and closeout items are not eligible for return.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective and not subject to a manufacturer warranty. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at parts@ducatiomaha.com to obtain an RMA#.
Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless we have offered return shipping due to an error on our end. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a return credit, the cost of shipping on your original order will not be refunded.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
